Paul began at Motion Mobility & Design, Inc. in April 2000. After obtaining extensive experience in all facets of the Durable Medical Equipment business, Paul began working at Motion Mobility & Design, Inc. His experience includes Fabrication, Sales, Installation, and Repair of all types of equipment. He currently maintains his CEAC (Certified Environmental Access Consultant) and provides evaluations for all types of Home Modifications and Adaptations.
Steve has worked in the Healthcare field for thirty-nine years. He attended the University of Akron, obtaining a Degree in Respiratory Therapy in 1979. Steve worked as a Staff Therapist in Canton, Ohio for eleven years before transitioning into Home Care. His introduction into the realm of seating and mobility developed quickly, while working in the Home Care Environment, into a life long passion.
Steve is a member of the National Registry of Rehabilitation Technology Suppliers (NRRTS). The status of ATP (Assistive Technology Practitioner) was obtained in 2000 in addition to the credential of Certified Complex Rehab Technology Supplier (CRTS). Steve works to maintain these credentials by obtaining Continuing Education Units annually. His experience is extensive with both pediatric and adult populations. Steve places great emphasis on adhering to the Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics set forth by the NRRTS Organization.
Cary is a graduate of The University of Akron with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing. Cary has been involved in the DME business since 1998 and has been with Motion Mobility & Design, Inc. since 2001. He is a member of the National Registry of Rehabilitation Technology Suppliers (NRRTS) and RESNA (Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America) through which he earned the certifications of CRTS and ATP. He has a strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance guidelines for our product lines and truly appreciates serving our clientele.
Dan has been with Motion Mobility & Design, Inc. since April 1, 2001. He was originally hired for ceiling lift installations and is certified for all sales and installation of Prism Medical products. Dan has taken the opportunity to branch out into other areas including wheelchair repairs, stair lifts, door operators, ramps, grab bars and vehicle modifications. Dan received a Red Star Certification from US Rehab in 2003. He also became a certified technician for Savaria stair lifts and residential elevators the same year. Dan recently became re-certified for installation and repair of all Bruno Independent Living Aids products.
in 2012, he received the credential of CEAC (Certified Environmental Access Consultant).This is a credential he must maintain yearly through work experience and professional development. Dan takes great pride in serving our clientele in the roll of sales and installation of Home Modifications.
Curtis attended Stark State College and graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences in the field of Occupational Therapy Assistant. While in school he served as the student liaison between the Ohio Board of Occupational Therapy and Stark State College.
He has worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) for the past 18 years in several settings. His experiences include Adult DD, Home Health, and Skilled Nursing facilities. He was also a travelling therapist for four years in various states.
Curtis joined Motion Mobility team in July 2016 after deciding that he wanted to be able to offer a better quality of life through custom mobility to the populations he had served for the last 18 years

Service Coordinator/Fabrication Technician
Mark has been involved in the Medical Field since 1978. He began his career as an orderly at JT Nist Nursing Home in Canton, Ohio. He later transferred to the maintenance department of JT Nist and this career in repairs of Medical Equipment had begun. He has been employed by Motion Mobility & Design, Inc. since 2001 and is a prior NRRTS Registrant. He has twenty-one years as a Rehab Fabricator and is a Certified Technician with Permobil, Pride, Sunrise Medical and Invacare.
John Pettini, Jr.
John began his career at Motion Mobility & Design, Inc. in May of 2000. Over the years he has served in many capacities in our Service and Installation Department. John is certified in the installation and repair of the Prism Medical Ceiling Track and Lift Systems. He also provides training and guidance to our other staff members.
Prior to beginning at Motion Mobility & Design, Inc., John was a Critical Care Paramedic at Aultman Hospital for twenty years.
Taylor joined the Motion Mobility & Design, Inc. team in March 2016. Since his hire, he has become certified as a technician through Bruno Independent Living aids for their equipment. He has also completed training in the installation and repair of Ceiling Track and Lift Systems. Taylor hopes to continue the educational process and increase his knowledge while providing Exceptional Customer Service.

Billing Supervisor/Customer Service
Lindsay has been with Motion Mobility & Design, Inc. since 2009. She recently graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree as well as an Associate of Arts Degree. She specializes in Medical Billing for Durable Medical Equipment and has met the Standards of Medicare's requirements for Accreditation. She is proficient in Waiver billing for Adaptive and Assistive Equipment as well as Home Modifications.
Lindsay plays an intricate part in the training of newly hired Medical Billers along with investigating and fighting denials, claim processing, payment posting, as well as various A/R duties. She works very hard to stay up to date on Insurance policy and procedure and to provide excellent Customer Service.
Jodi started with Motion Mobility & Design, Inc. in October, 2016. Jodi specializes in providing prompt customer service to those in need. Her focus is to work with Doctors and Insurance Companies to request Prior Authorizations and to provide documentation for medical records. Jodi gets great satisfaction at the end of each day knowing that she was able to help someone in need and prides herself in providing the best customer service she can. She is motivated to continue to learn more about the DME industry each day.
Ryan began with Motion Mobility & Design, Inc. in 2008 as the Lead Carpenter in Home Modifications. He is trained to install everything from Ceiling Lift Systems to Porch Lifts and Modular Ramp Systems. Ryan takes great pride in his trade and enjoys the complexity of each new project.
Mike began work at Motion Mobility & Design, Inc. in November 2011. He is Prism Medical/Waverley Glen Lift certified to both install and repair their lift systems. Mike takes great pride in his work as he understands the importance of Quality of Life to the clients we serve.
